ECONOMY/INFLATION

Arizonans are hurting due to skyrocketing inflation, rising gas and grocery prices, and out of control spending. I’ve spent over 30 years saving Arizonans and small businesses money. We need to keep government spending in check and provide relief to working-class Arizonans until costs come back down.

As your State Representative, I will work to lower the state income tax and protect Arizona’s low tax and low regulation environment, so small businesses can continue to thrive.

I will be a fiscally conservative voice at the State Capitol and bring sound business principles to safeguard and protect your tax dollars.

EDUCATION

Arizona has made significant investments in public education over the last few years, but we need to do more. I support more funding for public education, particularly for raising teacher pay. We should also raise or eliminate the Aggregate Expenditure Limit, so schools can spend the money they’ve been allocated.

I support school choice and giving parents the flexibility to find the best educational environment for their children.

Lastly, it’s vital we keep our community colleges and trade schools operating efficiently. As your State Representative, I will invest in these alternative career routes for our students, so they can be successful without an expensive university degree.

WATER SECURITY

Arizona is experiencing a prolonged drought and water is becoming an increasingly important issue. Water is not a partisan issue. It’s an Arizona issue. We need bold leadership to ensure a safe and reliable water supply long-term, which is why I believe all options should be on the table.

We need to consider desalination, pumping water in from the east, conservation measures, and groundwater management. These decisions will take heavy investments, but inaction is not an option.

Arizona’s water future is a bipartisan issue and as your State Representative, I’m willing to work with anyone offering creative ideas to secure our water future.

PUBLIC SAFETY

Nothing is more important than providing a safe environment to live, work, and raise a family. That’s why I proudly back the blue. Our police officers do an incredible job keeping our community safe and I’m grateful to be endorsed by the Arizona Police Association.

Across the country, we have seen the devastating effects of the “defund the police” movement. Taking funding away from our police officers will not happen on my watch.

As your State Representative, I will fight to ensure our police officers and all first responders have the necessary resources to keep us safe.

BORDER SECURITY

The Biden Administration has allowed the border to become a humanitarian crisis. Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants are flooding into the country each month with no end in sight. As Arizonans, we have the sovereign right to secure our border.

The state legislature must work with the Governor to ensure there are appropriate resources to fight drug and human trafficking. Arizona should also work with other border states on a collaborative plan to secure the border until the Federal Government does their job.
